1.2 What is the minimum order?
We offer a 1 case minimum purchase. That means you can purchase ANY one style.
1.3 How many pairs come in a case?
Our cases come 12 pairs per pack.

2.1 How much is shipping?
The shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of each carton along with the destination post code.
2.2 How long will it take for me to receive my order?
There is a 4-6 week lead time, from receipt of order, on all orders being shipped within the United States. All orders are pulled, packed and shipped in the order in which they are received.
Please allow extra time during the holiday season and for orders with more than 4 case packs.
2.3 Where is my delivery? Can I track my package?
If you are a US customer, you can track your delivery on the website of your shipping provider. You will find all the information you need on your order confirmation. Simply enter the pick up number in the appropriate field.
For all international orders, please contact us for shipping information.
2.4 What is your return policy?
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Returns for unwanted merchandise are subject to a 25% restock fee with a $25.00 minimum charge. Samples are not returnable. All returns must be sent prepaid at customer’s expense unless prior agreements have been made. Please contact customer service for a return authorization and return address.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of the receipt date!
3.1 How do I access Wholesale Pricing?
Currently we can only give you access to our wholesale pricelist when you have an account with us. However, you can always e-mail customer service and ask about your prospective cost. Please refer to the Wholesale Information page for contact details and account application forms.
3.2 What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit Cards, and wire transfers.
3.3 Can I use Lonia product pictures?
After placing your first wholesale order with us, you are allowed to use our product pictures. For high resolution photos, please contact us.
3.4 Can I use Lonia product descriptions?
No. For purpose of duplicate content issues, please be sure to create your own product descriptions.
3.5 Can I place a sample order?
Sample orders are accepted to check our quality, but we cannot offer you the wholesale price on the sample order. If you wish to place a sample order, please visit our retail site and place a regular order.
