In the event of a problem with an order, you must notify Lonia Customer Service within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for returns or adjustments. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if held beyond 15 days of receipt.

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Returns for unwanted merchandise are subject to a 25% restock fee with a $5.00 minimum charge. Samples are not returnable. All returns must be sent prepaid at customer’s expense unless prior agreements have been made.

Please contact customer service for a return authorization and return address. All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the receipt date!
