1. SHIPPING & RETURNS
Regular shipping time is 4-6 weeks from date of order depending on order size, season, and number of current orders. All merchandise is shipped from Georgia. Claims for damages arising from transit must be submitted to the transit company within 7 days of receipt. Original merchandise and the original shipping carton must be retained until verification of shipping damages is complete
- Special handling requests are subject to additional charges.
- Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The ordering customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
In the event of a problem with an order, you must notify Lonia Customer Service within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for returns or adjustments. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if held beyond 15 days of receipt.
All orders must be prepaid and require full payment at the time the order is placed. Payments through Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Wire are accepted forms of payment. If you elect to pay for an order via PayPal, Lonia, LLC reserves the right to charge up to 5% as a processing fee. Payment information is not stored by Lonia, LLC for future orders.
Price is per item and is displayed in the shopping cart as the case-pack total. All prices are in USD. Lonia, LLC does not offer COD or drop shipping. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and All Sale Items sales are final. Lonia, LLC also reserves the right to charge $50 USD for all unjustified credit card chargeback’s.
The minimum order required is one case-pack per order which contains 12 pairs of shoes. The minimum order amount is $1500 per order. Orders must observe designated case-pack quantities. Requests to break case-pack quantities will be considered and additional handling charges will be applicable.
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. Changes or cancellations received past 24 hours from the time of the initial order placement will not be applied.
Orders placed that require rush processing may be subject to a handling fee plus any expedited shipping charges. Contact customer service at (888) 732-2279 or email at email@example.com to confirm transit times and fees.
3. CHECK THIS OUT
We require one case pack (12 pairs) per order with a $1500 order minimum. Orders must observe designated case pack quantities. We will not break case pack quantities without applying handling charges.
